Please complete as a hard copy, to either scan/email back to the parish office: suzanne@teddingtonparish.org or returned in paper form to the church or parish office letterbox.

In 2019, we fully renewed our Roll (as must be done every 6 years), and if you completed a form between now and then you need not do so now. This update is a time to add new worshippers, or to let us know about a new address for you.

This Roll revision will close on Friday 1 March ahead of our APCM on Sunday 17 March.
