November is a time to Remember, with these church services on offer to you:

Sunday 3rd November 6pm - Commemoration of the Faithful Departed: this is a Eucharistic where we will remember our lost loved-ones. Although very similar to the 'Service of Light', this service is tailored for the worshipping community of the parish, although all are welcome. This service pays heed to All Souls-tide. Candles will be lit in memory of those whose names we will call.

Sunday 10th November

8am - Holy Communion

9am - Morning Worship

10am - Parish Eucharist: in previous years this has been cancelled in favour of the Act of Remembrance at the Cenotaph, but I am re-introducing our principal Eucharist (observing the lectionary for the Third Sunday before Advent). This will leave you the choice of attending one or the other (as they overlap).

10.30am - Act of Remembrance: as in previous years we gather opposite the Royal British Legion clubhouse (Kingston Lane) to begin our procession for the Act of Remembrance at or around 11am, at Teddington Cenotaph (outside the Memorial Hospital). All are welcome, but noting the clash specified above.

Monday 11th November 7pm - Service of Light: this is a service of hymns, music and readings to remember our loved-ones lost in recent years. This service is distinct from that offered on November 3rd in that it is non-eucharistic, and will be offered to the wider community of those whose have had family funerals in the last year or so. Again, all are welcome - candles will be lit in memory of those whose names we will call.
