Our 2023 Lent Appeal is to raise money to train leaders in Mozambique to provide pastoral care and support for those with trauma: since 2017, over a million people living around our linked parish of Pemba, northern Mozambique have been displaced by violent insurgency and 4,000 killed. This is a population now deeply traumatised.
